I am a Board Certified Patient Advocate and Registered Nurse with over thirty two years of experience in the provision of disability management services and patient advocacy. I am a qualified Nurse Case Manager, registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and licensed through The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario. I have significant experience in assisting individuals with catastrophic and non catastrophic injuries, and emotional or mental health diagnosis. I strive to facilitate the recovery potential of my clients through coordinating appropriate rehabilitation services to allow them to reintegrate into their home, community and workplace if possible. I have a large network of service providers with extensive expertise in their discipline, to provide my clients with the best possible therapy required. I provide cost efficient and timely healthcare consulting services and disability case management to lawyers, insurers and their clients. I am a Board Certified Patient Advocate, providing private services to individuals and their families who require assistance with navigating the complex Canada Health Care system. I have obtained my Registered Rehabilitation Professional credentials. I have completed all required modules for the Canadian Certification for Life Care Planners offered through Carlton University and Sprott School of Business.
